Combining popular wavy stacked text and In My Era designs with an Easter theme, I created a set of SVGs to decorate t-shirts or tote bags. Embrace those colorful Easter pastels! I made these with kids in mind, but they are fun for anyone!
You can make your own personalized designs using our wavy stacked text tutorial and templates, or download these designs for free. I have included both SVG and DXF files so you can use these with your Cricut, Silhouette, or any other cutter.
5 different SVGs to choose from:
I made these designs using Photopea, just like in my wavy stacked text tutorial. If you like these fonts, you can get all the links from my list of retro, groovy fonts.
Note: all the images are being shown against a square of background color for visibility, but all of the cut files have a transparent background when you upload them to Cricut.

Download the SVGs
My 5 Easter wavy stacked text designs can be downloaded from our Resource Library. I have included the designs as SVGs if you’re using a Cricut, and also as DXF files if you’re using the free version of Silhouette Studio. The PNG and JPG versions of the files are part of the package, too, just in case you want to do a print and cut.
All files have a transparent background, the background color in the images below is just for you to see the designs better.
There are instructions on how to download and unzip files at the top of the Resource Library page. If you need help uploading to Design Space, you can check out our tutorial: How to Upload SVGs to Cricut Design Space.
Making a wavy text design t-shirt
You can use these cut files for anything: t-shirts, tote bags, mugs, even cards. My favorite thing to make with these funky retro designs is t-shirts!
In addition to your shirt, you’ll need a cutting machine, HTV, and a heat press of some kind. For a list of tools and materials, and a how-to step by step, you can check out my holiday wavy text t-shirt tutorial.
I recommend using Siser HTV in beautiful pastels. Instead of just regular EasyWeed, how about Sparkle? Suggested colors:
- Pink Lemonade
- Cornflower Blue
- Buttercup Yellow
- Green Leaf
- Snowstorm White
And why not try Siser StripFlock Pro in white for those bunnies/bunny ears?

If you have any questions about how to use these files, please ask in the comments below!
